Jh., das in den 1960er-Jahren vom italienischen IsMEO restauriert und als ‘Museum of Islamic Art’ eingerichtet wurde. ♦♦♦ Four photographs of the mausoleum of Sultan Abdur Razaq, also called shah-e shahid. A Timurid building of the 15th century, restored by the Italian IsMEO in the 1960s, to house a museum of Islamic art.

Teilweise restaurierte ghaznawidische Grabstelle in der Umgebung des Grabes von Sultan Mahmud. Dort scheinen auch bearbeitete Marmor-Blöcke und Wasserspeier deponiert gewesen zu sein. ♦♦♦ A partly renovated Ghaznavid tomb  in the vicinity of the mausoleum of Sultan Mahmud at Rauza. It seems that there also some carved marbles had been placed.

Besonders eindrücklich ist die Zitadelle auf einem freistehenden Hügel. ♦♦♦ A group of four photographs of the old city of Kandahar (zor shahr), 4 km west of the modern city. Very impressive is the citadel on top of a free standing hillock.
