L’hôtel bahar (printemps) est une des constructions marquantes de Paghman, visible de loin, comme on constate p.ex. sur la planche SdA 3-052 ; sur les planches SdA 3-101 à 3-104, on constate aussi son rôle représentatif sous Amanullah. Son style, signe distinctif de son architecte italien A. De Gado, est le style néo-renaissance, avec des fenêtres relativement simples au premier étage du corps central surmontées de frontons demi-circulaires qui sont reliés comme pour un relief, des double-fenêtr...

L’hôtel bahar (printemps) est une des constructions marquantes de Paghman, visible de loin, comme on constate p.ex. sur la planche SdA 3-052 ; sur les planches SdA 3-101 à 3-104, on constate aussi son rôle représentatif sous Amanullah. Son style, signe distinctif de son architecte italien A. De Gado, est le style néo-renaissance, avec des fenêtres relativement simples au premier étage du corps central surmontées de frontons demi-circulaires qui sont reliés comme pour un relief, des double-fenêtres cintrées enchâssées de pilastres sur les ailes du premier étage. La corniche marcapiano du bâtiment est composée de deux éléments : d’une bande de stuc blanc et d’un relief en dentelure. Les deux tours à toit pyramidaux et corniches dentelées sont pourvus de fenêtres larges et carrées au premier étage et de fenêtres cintrées larges au rez-de-chaussée, toutes dépourvues d’ornements. L’entrée de l’hôtel est à droite, sous un porche néo-renaissance à colonnes corinthiennes et cannelées. L’ensemble du bâtiment est une construction en brique. Une route mène vers l’hôtel, qui est accessible par un perron.
